Marilyn Logan. It's a "get your finances together book." she says that her fiance LITERALLY told her that he couldn't afford to marry her 2 weeks before the wedding after checking her credit report. she uses antecdotes and words of advice that just really make a lot of sense.

Dang, that would really suck! I'll have to check it out on my next trip to B&N.

from http://www.blackexpressions.com:

Granted, loverboy model Terrance Mitchell is so fine he makes Tyson Beckford look like a wannabe, but that doesn’t give him the right to string sisters along, right? It does in his book. A 27-year-old male model, Terrance is surrounded by stunningly beautiful women all the time and takes full advantage. The closest he’s ever been to getting serious was with supermodel Andrea, but she’s too busy playing games. She’s been seeing Terrance and a stock broker, and she wants Terrance to compete for her. The only problem is Terrance could care less; he’s having a blast living single. So when Andrea disappears, he figures she’s tied the knot. A year later, Andrea pops back up, but she’s got serious attitude and a new lady friend, Brazil. Is she a lesbian? Surprisingly, Andrea proposes that they share a little threesome. Problem is, after the deed, rumors begin to spread that Terrance is gay. With his career on the line, he will have to figure out what’s at the root of his sexual addiction and if any one woman can tame it.

Leisure. I decided to read it because I kept hearing it referenced. (plus it's only $6.99)
