Tonight we tried Red Lobster's curbside pick up "Family Feast." It was great, and the least expensive meal I've ever had from Red Lobster...we had Parrot Bay Coconut Shrimp, corn flake crusted shrimp, and shrimp linguine, with clam chowder, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and 12 cheddar bay biscuits for $56.99. Serves 4-6. You pick 3 entrees from 5 options and they package everything family style. We all thought it was a winner. We've also tried Red Robin's family style burger package with a huge family salad, and the appetizer package. Both are $50. Burgers were a winner, but not the appetizers.

Did a run to the carniceria and bought chicken and carne asada, handmade flour and corn tortillas, and green chiles plus the realllly good white Mexican cheese. Had the men cook the meat for me on the outdoor mesquite barbecue while I waited. Have enough for several meals, packaged and froze some of the meat. Dinner tonight is quesadillas, tomorrow’s dinner will be chile rellenos. Love living in Arizona!

Asian Chicken Salad with leftover roasted chicken from Monday.
Ben and Jerry's Non-Dairy Chocolate Caramel Cluster for dessert. I deserved it since I walked for an hour after work.

One of my customers dropped off documents for their small business stimulus package and with it, a bag of hot chips, queso and salsa. It's great to have mom and pop restaurants for customers who bring you "gifts".
