Yup, I did a thread on it:
DPhiE and DPhiE - same letters, entirely different organizations
dardenr , it looks like their name is Delta Phi Epsilon Professional Foreign Service Fraternity (I believe they have co-ed membership, though), unless there is TWO of them out there (and therefore, THREE DPhiE's)...LOL, so confusing!

I knew this sounded familiar, I had replied to that thread.
There are then three entities. DPE is a Fraternity and Sorority for Foreign Service, not a coed fraternity.

Do any other orgs use lily of the valley or forget-me-nots for their flower? That's our flowers, and I thought someone else had forget-me-nots, but I'm not sure.
Does anyone else here have a constellation? I don't see anyone mentioning it, but since I am a space geek, I like that we have a constellation!
I think this is so cool! I want to learn what else we have in common others.
The Syracuse Triad is of course made up of Alpha Phi, Gamma Phi Beta, and Alpha Gamma Delta. Were any other orgs founded there?

Pi Kappa Alpha and Kappa Sigma -- both founded at the University of Virginia within a year or two of each other -- have the lily of the valley as their flower.
Does anyone else use the chrysanthemum as their flower? We're the only GLO I've ever known of that does.

I don't know if anyone mentioned this but Phi Mu and I believe Gamma Phi Beta...? share the pink carnation. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Kappa Delta has a white rose.
Delta Gamma has a "cream color" rose (close enough! )

Sigma Kappa shares the violet with Alpha Delta Pi, Delta Sigma Theta, Zeta Tau Alpha and Sigma Sigma Sigma.
We share the snake (an unofficial symbol) with Sigma Nu and Theta Chi.
We share the Dove with Phi Beta Sigma.
As with Sigma Sigma Sigma and Phi Beta Sigma, back in the day, we were also known as Sigma's. Now it's just too confusing if there is more than one of these organization son a campus, I think.

I'm almost positive Alpha Epsilon Phi uses lily of the valley for their flower as well.
