Chicken thighs cooked in my air fryer. And mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Anyone else have an air fryer? Looking for cooking suggestions. I have already cooked meatballs, pork chops and a bunch of frozen items including pot stickers, tater tots, sweet potato fries and wings.

Anything that's already in the house; the next time I see the inside of a grocery store may be Friday.

Tom, I bread my thighs with egg and Progresso bread crumbs. Cooking time was 18 minutes, and i turned the thighs periodically. You can cook legs and quarters in an air fryer. However, your meat should not be stacked on top of each other, per manufacturer instructions.
Next up, lamb chops.

Are there any known recipes that make use of snow? We have so much of it right now, and it looks so tasty when it's still fluffy and white

^^^ Well, when I was little, my mom would get a bottle of vanilla, give us a small bowl, and we’d make snow “ice cream”! (Just be sure it’s PURE WHITE snow...)
