Unfortuantely, no. It is my 2nd favorite, but the long train isn't working for me. We've basically decided that we are FOR SURE going to have a lakeside wedding, so the long train just isn't fitting in. Who knows though...I may end up with that dress. I still have a couple stores to go look at though before i make my final decision.

ms_gwyn, not only were you my secret cyber sis, i have the feeling we may have been separated at birth. My dream wedding is also winter evening formal, that gown is similar to what i've always envisioned as my dream dress.

Ok - so we decided to have a civil ceremony because we are too poor. This is the dress I will wear to the courthouse.

That is cute PJ! Does the tail hit at your ankles or mid calf?

It's a catalog deal, so I've only just ordered it. Once I receive it I'll know for sure but I'm pretty sure it's mid calf. (Of course, I have short legs, so we'll see!)

P.S. I've contacted the clerk's office and the event is now set: September 1st, 2006 at 4:00 PM!!

Woo hoo! I love your dress, CSS!

Congrats on the upcoming wedding, too - I'm leaving New York the next day after my month long vacation back there!

Jeni, can I ask what catalog? I'd love to buy a similar dress for our honeymoon.

I wore this dress to my wedding five months ago. It really doesn't seem like that long ago!
