I don't normally like pizza, but about once a year I get a craving for it, and today was that day. Feta cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. Yum!

Homemade lentil soup & cornbread.



As a child, I didn't like lentil soup, but loved cornbread. My mother always served them together, so we all know how that ended: If you want the cornbread, you have to eat the soup. I love them both now!

Pancakes with applesauce and strawberries, sausage links, and milk and berry juice...

BECAUSE IT'S NATIONAL PANCAKE DAY!!!!

That, and our house chef decided we had to celebrate said day by feasting upon same.
