Hi, I saw this mentioned on another board and was wanting to ask other Thetas. Does Theta allow members who are still in college to write recs for someone as long as they are rushing a different school, if so, is it like this for Thetas everywhere or only certain areas? Would it be better to have alumnae anyways? Thanks so much!
This is information that Janerz222 posted in another thread in the Rush Forum:
Kappa Alpha Theta allows (and encourages) our collegiate members to write references for their friends/aquaintances who attend other colleges/universities. This has been in effect for the last several years.
I tend to believe it's pretty accurate given the fact that she's a former member of Grand Council and should be pretty up to date on her Theta policies and procedures.
