burgers on the grill and corn on the cob

Corn has been fantastic every time we've had it this summer. Must have had just the right weather.

Picked up Commodities and Wow, 2 cans of Pink Salmon! Foreseeing Salmon Pattys in the near future! LOL!

Today, back to more, Mackerel dill spears, olives on the side! Getting my Greens that way, better than Kale!!!

Wow, digging in Cabinet and found a packet of Mushroom gravy. Will add more mushrooms bring to a boil!

Then will layer over Browned Burger meat and mashed taters. Kind of a poor mans Shepard's Pie!! But will spice it up more than what I had in London which was Blah as all get out!

Had PET Scan. So quick fixing needed, and a bit cooler with less humidity so going to doctor up a PIZZA, extras, Mush rooms, Olives and Mozzarella Cheese!

Well, got Hot and Humid after yesterday!

Got left over Pizza for two more meals, but Crackers and Sardines on tap for today with Olives on the side!!

A week of back to school training with two afternoons/evenings of open house and not getting home until after 7.

Thursday: Fuji Apple chicken salad from Panera

Friday: Amy 's Original gluten free broccoli cheddar fusilli frozen meal with some Boar's Head rotisserie chicken breast.

Sounds good Tom.

We are babysitting our 18 month old Zeta legacy tonight so we took her out to dinner. Salmon, broccoli, and baked potato for Lily and me. Pulled pork, corn, and mashed potatoes for hubby.

My son is making his signature "Chick Fil-A" knock-off sandwiches for us and a bunch of his buddies. My house smells like a deep fryer...and probably will for a couple more days. They are good, though!
