Last night we had homeade Chicken, Shrimp, and Sausage (Healthy Choice) Jambayla, 5 grain bread, and fresh strawberries with Cool Whip.

Yum.

Marinade the mahi mahi in some olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Grill or broil. Rice on the side. Maybe some sort of grilled veggies...carrots, zucchini, etc. Yum.

Bake is ok...thaw out in microwave, marinate for an hour or two, then pop into oven at 375 for around 30-45 min. Use your best judgement. If it's flaky then it's ok. If not leave it in till it is. Every now and then open the oven and squeeze a bit of lemon juice on top.
Potato would go good. Don't nuke it. Stick a few holes in it, roll it in butter and salt then wrap in foil. Bake at the same time as fish, but for an hour or so.

Soup, crackers, and water.

There's this soup similar to the Egg Drop in most Chinese restaurants that my mom makes. She uses chicken broth, chops up some pastrami, bamboo shoots, two eggs, and some cornstarch. She always makes it for me when I'm sick.

You're following a decent diet except for your lack of veggies, though the tomato sauce in the spaghettios could count as one serving of veggies. Variety is good.
