Lovely! I especially like the "no-frills sister preference attire" - probably because every woman should own a little black dress and most of my wardrobe (dressy and non) is black. I'll see what I can put together when I have some free time (so ... never ).
AnchorAlumna, didn't you know that all sorority girls are required to have pierced ears, and if your ears aren't already pierced, they will be pierced at initiation using your new badge? Or maybe your sorority doesn't do that. (Don't mind me, I'm just being silly. )

I like that everything you have is pretty much safe for chapters at schools that are no frills (where usually the color can match but it can't be the EXACT same item.)
I think the J. Crew dress thing might walk the line a little (if you ordered them all in the same color.) I mean, technically, those are not all the same dress, but if someone were petty enough to file an infraction on you for it, they might have a leg to stand on.
Something I like (ignore the bouquets) for a semi-dressy round like 3rd (House Tours probably at my alma mater or the sisterhood round at some chapters I work with.)

Those are some great outfits. I especially like the navy dresses.
This was as creative as we got back in the day on my campus.

I am simply not good at this.

Oooh, cute! Yes, I was also looking for something leaning toward pref-y attire.

Just wondering, what do you all do when you have to make a bulk order, but the company doesn't have certain sizes that the sisters need? I know most places don't carry over an L or an XL. I can't imagine how embarrassing that would be for the handful of sisters that were out of the size range. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with being a bigger girl, but I can imagine that this has been an issue in the past for some chapters. I know it would be for me!

^^^A lot of places will work with you to get custom sizing if you're bulk ordering. Depending on the designer/company, the larger sizes may cost a little more. Some charge a small fee for say, anything over XL (because it takes more material to make it.)
You also just have to be mindful of the size range of the designer/company you're ordering from. Ex: If Awesome Dress Co. doesn't make the dress you want past a 12, and you know some girls are going to need 14s, you need to do some more research and find someone who carries a larger variety of sizes.
