Two new tries for me!!!

Potato salad with Horse radish mustard and usual adds, Mayo/Sweet pickle relish. Baked chicken with Crunchy Pretzel Shake & Bake!!!

Both of the above were a semi bust as far as I am concerned!

Crunchy coating not so much and Horse Radish mustard not hot enough.

Today, left over BBQ Ribs, Tater salad and some Baked Beans!

Last few days!!!

Pizza, Hot Dog-Tater Salad, Shrimp-boiled, left over Pizza, today Boiled Hot Dog with tater salad.

Now, got to start thinking of future menus!

Went out for dinner. Surf & turf (shrimp and ribeye) for the husband, shrimp and grits for me.

And a couple of rounds of bourbon. We were at Bourbon House on Bourbon St. in New Orleans ... so ... bourbon.

Tried to make apple risotto. I need to learn how to cook on this &#%@*! induction stove - I set off the damn smoke alarm and the rice wasn't cooked through.
