Post All Man Average?

So we're checking our chapter standards in hopes of taking the Top TKE chapter and it gives points for varying criteria: tutor assistance, scholarships awarded, highest on campus etc. One of them is "Chapter's GPA is .2 above the "All Man Average" Now, the previous scholarship chair was a bit---lax, and I'm really starting from scratch here, so does anyone know what the AMA is? I emailed our IHQ and our chapter advisor, but ppl on this board tend to be a bit faster than those guys.

any help at all is apreciated
