First time pref- help me talk to PNMs!

Hey y’all!

I’m recruiting for the first time as an active over Zoom which is super exciting! What are your favorite conversation starters for pref? Things that I can ask PNMs beyond major/hometown/whatever, just in case there’s a lull.

Ideally you are speaking to a PNM you have conversed with before. That always makes it easier. No matter, begin with how happy you are that Patty PNM is here for pref. Then tell her (if she is someone you have never spoken to) what good things you have heard about her. Ask her what bought her back to your chapter.
