PKT Tradtion

I'm not sure when/if this will be read, but we'll see. I'm at a recently rechartered chapter and so many of possible traditions of old aren't here. At my campus some traditions also seem lost, of the 16 sororities I've only heard of a very few candle ceremonies. I've never heard of anyone on my campus being lavaliered, although people here do seem to know what it is. Anyway, onto my question, what in general is the tradition for Phi Tau and lavaliering or pinning?
