1. Coral, Yellow and Off-white
2. Aqua and Kelly Green
3. Hot Pink and Kelly Green

I've finally decided that I love the thought of a pale pink and champagne wedding with pale orange compliments. But once again my mother is telling me that those colors won't necessarily flatter my bridesmaids. At what point do you stop caring how your bridesmaids will look? Has anyone else had issues with this?
My wedding was pink and green, but not these shades. It was peridot green (my birthstone) and varying shades of pink.
Maybe you could do something similar, and let the bridesmaids choose their shade of pink?

Have to share!!

So, I just got back from my son's wedding!! It was in the Florida Keys, where his wife (wow!! just saying that is CRAZY!!) grew up. It was absolutely perfect!!! The wedding ceremony was held at her church on Big Pine Key, a really cool Catholic church, very islandy, like the lecturn was made of shells.

The bride wore a simple white dress and strappy sandals, my son wore a white guayabera with khakis and flip flops. The bridesmaids wore the cutest coral sundresses (that truly CAN be worn again) with gold flip flops, and the groomsmen wore blue guayaberas, khakis, and flops. It wasn't until after the ceremony when we were taking pictures that I realized they were totally in Gator colors!! ORANGE --- BLUE!!! GO GATORS!!

The reception, a "Cuban Barbeque" theme, was held in her backyard, which overlooks the Channel on Sugar Loaf Key. They had a tent set up with amazing tropical arrangements on the shore line, the table decorations were glass bowls filled with sea shells and candles!! As the sun set over the water, it was truly beautiful!!

I cannot believe I have a son who is married - I AM NOT THAT OLD But, I am so thankful to have a new, wonderful daughter that I truly love with all my heart!!!

After I down load pics, I will link one so y'all can see it...

My mom and wife get along really well. Actually, my wife and I are lucky in that we have great relationships with each other's parents. My in-laws are like a second set of parents to me.

Aww, congrats everyone! This was a very busy weekend for weddings, a photographer friend of mine had back to back to back weddings .

A word to the newly married: don't be like me. DO YOUR WEDDING ALBUM SOONER RATHER THAN LATER!.

Although I have to confess that I'm rather enjoying going through the pics again. And! Walgreens is offering a "buy 25/get 25" deal until the 27th....so I'm a slave to Photoshop until I get them done.

srmom, great pic! I love the casual look of the wedding, very fitting for a wedding in the Florida Keys! Those coral bridesmaids dresses are very cute.
