I found this link tonight, not sure how to post a picture. But it shows an artists rendering of the new Sigma Kappa house that is being built at the University of Florida. It is on page 50 of the report.

Plan sounds like a huge house! Of course the chapter is not exactly small -- something around 400 members, reportedly.

42,000 sq. ft., room for ~100 live-in members, 4 stories (including basement.

Thanks Ex-Lurker, the commission also needs to approve the addition to the Chi Omega Psi Chapter house as well. Pi Phi is going to be a complete tear down/rebuild. Lots of Greek construction at UA these days.

The new Pi Kappa Alpha Alpha Zeta Chapter house (University of Arkansas) featured in the Spring 2015 edition of the Shield and Diamond of Pi Kappa Alpha.

Mississippi State Tri Delta Complete Renovation
Tri Deltas at MSU are looking forward to a complete renovation of the chapter house. The remodel is due to be completed in spring of 2016. Estimated cost is expected to be around $6 million dollars.

How much larger is the Phi Mu house at UK than the other houses? That looks enormous compared to the others.
