congrats to our Delta Pi chapter at the University of Delaware!!
also, with regards to inactive chapters, there are requirements that the organization has now that doesn't allow for some chapters to be reactivated...also, I know one that is forever inactive because the university burnt down in the '90s (I believe Upsala College) and they never rebuilt it.
