Had a BOBO coupon from Boston Market, so we had meatloaf and turkey.

Love Boston Market. But they seem to have disappeared from our area of Florida.

It is no secret that I hate to cook fish. During Lent, their baked fish is marvelous! I wish they'd have it all year long!

Celebrating Christmas early, cooked a 6+ lbs prime rib all for myself. Medium rare to perfection. Loaded baked potato, salad, and yams. Eating prime rib for the next few days.....

Yum!

We are in the mountains and it's cold, so we had chili.

Cleaning out whatever is old/leftover in the fridge, since all the holiday fixins are stuffing the rest of it! Also reaching into the cupboards for light soups and crackers to easily eat before the BIG EATS coming soon.

We had a big bar-b-que lunch at Jim and Nick's in Chattanooga. I had the bar-b-que baked potato with chopped brisket, and lots of fixins that I did not eat this time.

Christmas-I had grits because I had a stomach virus. Everyone else ate pork tenderloin, asparagus, homemade cranberry sauce, and sausage dressing, with a choice of lemon ricotta cake or German chocolate cake.

Last night I made vegetable korma.

Baked Tilapia with a walnut and coconut crust. I pulled out some stuffed grape leaves just because I couldn't think of anything else to cook.
