Can you wear flats that are logo-less?
Or is that the equivalent of pearl-clutching for the current PNMs?
Personally speaking, I refuse to wear other peoples' names as advertisements on my body. Only exception is my Pandora bracelet, which is personal in that each charm carries a meaning or represents something significant. And, as far as I know, there is absolutely no status to a Pandora bracelet. Perhaps quite the opposite. I don't care.

As a mother who has two daughters all of whom wear certain designers (and like it)...don't wear the shoes. Even Tory Burch is a stretch. You do not know who your active is...she may resent you or figure that you and your family are good for a living room reno. You do not want to be known as the Chanel girl. Wear them later.

Depending on where you are going to school, yes! TB flats are very sorority and very cute, without being over the top.

OP says she is going through rush in the Northeast. Can those of you from that area weigh in? I know Tory would be fine for the south but do not know about her region...

As a collegiate from the Northeast, in my opinion, those would be too flashy. TB flats would be fine. As a general rule, try to stay away from big logos during recruitment as it can come off as trying too hard.

TB flats are usually less flashy since the logo looks like it's just a pretty embellishment at first glance. I agree with the general sentiment -- the other ones look like you're flaunting your $$$, event though $130 isn't super expensive for a good pair of shoes.

Authentic Chanel flats cost between $600 and $1000, FYI

Ehhh, I rushed in the Northeast, and I've been to rushes at other schools within the past two years--depending on the college, these aren't ridiculous, nor would she stand out that much. I feel like the skinny jeans and high-end ballet flats are a thing that I see all the time with the non-Greek women I volunteer with from my undergrad.
ETA: These are a little flashier than what I thought of when I first read "Chanel flats," but I feel like in some circles (at least the NE collegians I know, who are definitely city-based) the TB flat craze is over. I'm not a big logo person so I'd never wear either. But, depending on the school, the OP may not be seen as "trying too hard."
