These KKG houses all look very similar!

I just spotted these and was thinking that they all look so similar? Is it a standard sorority house design or is it KKG specific?
Just wondering?

I have no idea if there's a similar plan or what, but I saw the first picture and I was like "Hey, that looks like my house!!" but then the third picture IS my house...

Hee hee.

I know that ours was planned to be (in the words of our house chair) a "gracious Southern mansion."
