Post need sorority presidents advice

I have this really great idea for a t-shirt that I am going to market to the sororities of major universities. It kind of ties all the greek houses together to get the spirit of the greek community. I thought bid day would be the perfect time for the houses to wear this shirt. What is the best time to send the information and samples to the Presidents of each house and is that even who I approach?

Usually bid day shirts are indivdualized for each group. However, many campuses have the sororities wear identical shirts the first day of recruitment to show unity.

You should forward proposals to the campus Panhellenic association now as recruitment plans are already well underway.

You say recruitment day....is that the same as pledge day. I went to University Missouri and Pledge day/ Bid day they had a universal t-shirt for bid day and then my idea was to personalize the back with each houses letters. They all wore them to bid day bash.

Bid day is the same as pledge day - the day when all the women get bids to their sororities. I think that "bid day bashes" are a thing of the past because of the no-alcohol and no-men rules. Most sororities have a retreat at their house instead.
