Is anyone feeling Alicia's new cd...I bought it yesterday...and when my roomate tried to go out and get it, all of the stores were sold out! I am feeling every song on this cd...let's just say I can't wait to see what the sophomore cd will be like!

Now, Lil Mo came out yesterday as well...did anyone get that one...I'm not a huge fan of hers but I like the Superwoman remix! I may just burn that one

Alicia's CD is LOVELY. I got mine @ BEST BUY for $11.99

I love the songs GOODBYE, WOMAN'S WORTH and another song, can't remember the title. This was worth my $12

Okay, I'm totally lost. Who is Alicia Keys? I know she sings "Fallin'", but I'm still not sure what song that is...how does it go? I've heard such good things about her and being a music lover (who just doesn't have time to listen to much anymore

I'd advise you to do so. I've only gotten to track 4 and I don't know if I can go further.

Thanks for the info! As a matter of fact, I heard this song on the radio for the first time yesterday on my way home from work. I was like what a coincidence! I had never heard that song played on our radio stations before yesterday. I only caught the last half of the song, but it sounded alright. I'm not sure if I'm feelin' it enough just yet to go out and buy the CD, but maybe I just need to hear it again (sometimes songs grow on me and the next thing I know they're my CUT

). I'll check out the site!

I don't think anything can replace for me Jill or India or my gospel hits CD.

I do however enjoy it and it will be in heavy rotation but I can listen to Jill over and over and over and over and over for hours.

Yeah, Jill stays in the CD player along with Badu. Speaking of Idia, I tried to go buy her CD today on my lunch break and both stores I went to were sold out of it. That must be a hot item!

I'm going to keep looking though b/c I'm really feeling her style.

Hey sorors and sisterfriends,

I'm feeling her new cd also, as a matter of fact, i just burnt it today. So it was worth the hassle of borrowing it from my friend who just bought it. But I have to agree with Lone Dog...."nothing is going to replace my Jill Scott."

FYI_ Music always drops on a Tuesday. I don't know why that is but if you ever look in a CD store that posts release dates they will always be the Tuesday in any given week.

I can't wait to pick this one up this weekend!
