Tiffany blue is trademarked, and all of the people that have a "Tiffany" themed wedding never have the real color.

I think Peppy was talking about the people who do a "Tiffany" theme to their wedding and (for example ) have the Tiffany boxes stacked around. Such as: A, and B.
I love brown and blue together, too though.

I like black and white for some reason. I'm boring. lol.

One of my guy friends and his wife did a jewel toned blue kind of thing that I thought was pretty.

I believe they are French-style macarons. I, however, want Snackwells at my wedding.

I really like the navy and pink.

I love how the people in wedding "A" say "Tiffany's and Co." instead of "Tiffany and Co." So much copyright infringement, so little time...

I love the teal and red, though I hate on Tiffany themes as a general principle.

KSUViolets, I have been told to correct you - NEVER "navy"! It's marine blue (almost the shade of your jewel toned blue), azure/pale blue, and pink. Ladies, this is what you get when you ask Beloved if he had some favorite color he's like to work into things! I was thinking all pale blue & white or even an English all white wedding, since he won't wear a kilt. And both of our tartans are predominately blue & green, with a smidge of red in them.

And did I see pink and grey? My nursery was pink and grey, and while I don't remember it, I have only heard raves about it later.

I just did navy and fuchsia! I loved the combination and thought it worked well with the space we used. Be careful, joliebelle- I didn't go for a theme and then next thing I know, my mom started throwing around words like antebellum. It was a good thing I wasn't a bridezilla, though because my navy blue dresses ended up being almost black. There was some drama with the wedding shop over ordering the bridesmaid dresses and during this 6 months of confusion, the designer changed the dye/swatch. We were surprised when we picked them up.

The purple and red is very nice. And of course, I"m partial to the blue theme above.

I'm leaning toward turquoise (it's always been my fave, and of course there's the ZTA connection) and my fiance likes purple (big Baltimore Ravens fan). I think we can do both somehow - like maybe if they both lean toward the blue side? Has anyone seen good turquoise/purple combos?

Also, we want to incorporate the river as a theme, but I see tons of "beach" ideas and no "river" ideas. Seashells don't fit, ya know? :-)

Not sure if this is what you're thinking of. Alot of purple and turquiose color combos tend to add in green or another color to offset it, which turns it toward peacock or something like that. lol. Still pretty though.
