I am in desperate need of highlights!!! I am new to DC, and don't know where to go. I don't have a lot of money, but I don't want to go to Super Cuts, either! Please help!

Here are my suggestions:

Danielles's hair salon. It's in DC. M Street I believe.

Perez Day Spa in Rockville Maryland. Rockville Pike. Go see Danielle. (funny that the names are the same)

Noggins in Wheaton Maryland is decent as well.

I'll think of more and post.

Nikki at Bang Salon is fabulous and their prices are really reasonable. I've heard really good things about Brennan and Angela too (also at Bang).
