Show me your National Headquarters (pics/photos/video!)
It's Sunday. The snow is coming. I'm bored. So I made this thread.
I wanted a place for folks to share pics of their HQs (if they've been there) since MysticCat and I realized the other day we didn't have a place for that.
YAY.

It's really hard to find pictures of the Zollinger House (SigEp HQ)...
But just like every chapter house, the Zollinger House proudly displays a Red Door.
This is pretty much all I can find.

The building (our HQ's official name is the Mabel Lee Walton House after a past National President):
Because it is an actual house, chapters can schedule to come down and stay overnight for sisterhood retreats and such. I think that's cool.

Fun fact: You can see my chapter's doll in the first pic (Barbie in lettered shirt and black/white coat circa 1990).

Ooo, I love this thread!
Here are a few pictures (which I did not take) of KKG headquarters.
A few years ago I had an opportunity to go but didn't, and I really regret it. I hear it's beautiful.
Large crest inside
One of the Founder's keys! I believe it is the only one that is known to still exist.
I look forward to seeing some more pictures from my sisters - I'm pretty sure LucyKKG has some!

Yup, I do. Lemme go look. Oh and yes, Anna Willits' key is the only one we still have. I believe her niece donated it to HQ.
I didn't take that many pictures, so most of mine are identical to yours. Here is a picture of their fleur-de-lis fence posts:

Alpha Chapter, like with ATO, was shut down when VMI dropped its Greek system. HQ is also located in Lexington, VA, and several deserving Seniors are inducted every year into Alpha Chapter, so it's very much not dormant. I suppose it'd be accurate to state that Alpha is housed at our headquarters.

Nice tradition.
If you are able to discuss, how does that work? Is it honorary such that they have a kind of "duel" membership in their chapter of initiation and the Alpha Chapter? Or do they "transfer" (for lack of a better word) their chapter affiliation to the Alpha Chapter?
