Theta Delta Chi window at my church

Hi guys!
Sorry to crash, but my church, All Souls Episcopal, in Washington DC, has a window dedicated to your fraternity. Your letters are at the bottom of the stained glass window and underneath there is a simple plaque that says: To the brothers of Theta Delta Chi. (Or something like that.) The window is divided into three panels, each panel showing 3 scenes from the life of a monk. (I'm guessing it is Saint Francis.)

Does anyone know anything about this window? It's very sweet. I can't seem to get information from other parishoners.
