i dont know anything about the delts, but maybe it is a theatre, or scholastic fraternity, if that is the case he would be allowed to be in both. you are just not allowed to be in two social fraternities

Per the Black Book -
An honorary member is one of the following who, having been nominated by a collegate chapter and CONFIRMED BY THE EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, is not a member of any other national social fraternity and who has been regularly initiated into Tau Kappa Epsilon. (1) male members of the faculty of the school where the chapter making the nomination is located, (2) male persons who have rendered or are rendering important service to the school, the community, the state, or province, or the nation, who are of good moral character; or (3) male persons who have rendered important service to the chapter making the nomination or to the fraternity.

oddly, this sounds like they don't have to have any relation to TKE, as long as their aren't in a social fraternity, and are rendering important services to the country...

just ALWAYS be sure that if you wanna make someone honorary, follow the right steps. if your not sure on them, talk to your province people, or IHQ.

WILL FERREL REEL COMEDY TKE SPECIAL

i was part of the Alpha Eta Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon where Will Ferrel filmed the comedy central special of OLD SCHOOL... We WERE located at 15 Union Street Rutgers New Brunswick Campus.. The house was a mess and the directors wanted it that way because it was authentic... Does anyone have the video? if so I would GREATLY appreciate it... please get back to me if anyone has it, a thousand internets to you!

That video is on the Alpha-Eta website. Just go to http://www.ahtke.org/ and you can download it. There's a link and screenshot from the video right on the front page.

"January 10th...1899...We all remember that day...as the Day of the Dogs. That's when, uh, packs of wild dogs attacked these members and killed all of them."

I still laugh every time I watch that video.
