Bacon thawing, getting ready to slice a tomato, add a little mayo on toast.

Hot and humid, so no heat by nuking bacon!!! What gets better than that??

Big question mark. We emptied the refrigerator by gradually eating the food within all of last week, then had it repaired all day yesterday. Now its re-cooling to normal temps and there's still not a lot inside (incase it doesn't work properly post-repair). We ate out past three nights and this morning, so that's a bit old.

Maybe we also ought to clear-out the snack cupboards by having a Potluck Snack Picnic for dinner: granola bars, potato chips, rice cakes, various crackers, leftover Easter candy, peanut butter. If we open ONE cheese, meat spread or salsa dip there will be no leftovers for a refrigerator.

Even though it is as HOT as The Hubs of U know what, LOL!

Doing my crock pot chicken leg quarters with cream of mush room soup. Mashed taters using the soup as gravy.

Making enough for 2 days of meals! Cheap when buy bag of leg quarters for .49 Cent per lb. 10 ln bag = $5.00.

Not cheap but frugal, RIGHT!
