The Alpha Epsilon Phi chapter at Stanford University is no longer listed as active on Stanford's sorority council website or AEPhi nationals' website. It looks like it was closed in May.
William & Mary Sigma Iota Alpha has also been suspended for hazing through at least Fall 2018. https://wydaily.com/2017/11/30/willi...w-members-nws/

Delta Tau Delta has been closed at Texas Christian University. A national officer gave RMF as the reason for the closure.

Per sorority extension on twitter, the UT - Tyler has voted to expand. Current NPC sororities there are AXO & DG. Wikipedia lists GPhiB, but that it’s currently inactive.

This was a campus that started a new Greek system in 2005, with AXO and DG (and presumably some fraternities, too). We came on the next year, but only lasted 5 years. Getting sustainable member numbers was the issue -- in retrospect, adding a third sorority in 2006 was probably too soon.

The Sigma Alpha Epsilon chapter at the University of Missouri is currently under a "cease-and-desist" order by their headquarters pending investigation into chapter activities.

Kappa Kappa Gamma at Harvard University has voted to disaffiliate from their national organization to form the "Fleur-de-Lis Club", a co-ed organization. This is to abide by new university policies.

Two fraternities have been closed at East Carolina University(NC). Both Delta Chi and Tau Kappa Epsilon were closed due to RMF.

If these groups are caving to these ridiculous policies, they should make up entirely new groups, not ones with altered names (& I'm guessing still using colors, mascots etc) of the national organizations they are too chicken to support.
I know that sounds harsh, but I don't really care.

The Tau Epsilon Phi chapter has been suspended until 2021 at the University of Florida.
Suspension is due to violations of student conduct.

The new Pi Kappa Phi colony at Grand Valley State University had a special alum visitor to a December chapter meeting -- GVSU President Emeritus Arend Lubbers, who is also a Pi Kappa Phi.
Here's a link to the report in last month's faculty newsletter (scroll down), with a picture and some comments from President Lubbers stressing that the chapter should uphold national standards, given the current climate.
http://www.gvsu.edu/forum/across-campus-44.htm
(correction on the colonization date listed in the article, it was August of 2017, not 2016)
