Alpha Phi tweeted that they will be colonizing at Stevens Institute of Technology Spring 2017. I don't remember if this is the 2nd part of a planned stack.

Sigma Chi has closed the chapter at the University of South Carolina. Closure is due to hazing and other RMF.

Theta Phi Alpha has announced the closing of their chapter at Marietta College(OH). Closure is due to low membership numbers.

They unfortunately were never a chapter, only a colony.

For clarification, this was a colony. Not a chartered chapter.

Wasn't this the school with the very established local system and it was kind of surprising that a national was going there?

No, I don't think so. There are three other NPCs there currently, more in the past. It's likely just a small system that wasn't ready for expansion.

Are you thinking of Young Harris College in Georgia? Delta Phi Epsilon just established a colony there.
Y'all, I swear I'll get the other sections caught up soon.

Or maybe Kenyon College in Ohio?

Hopefully we'll hear about who's presenting at Clemson soon, since presentations are supposedly this month

Marietta colony
The Theta Phi Alpha colony at Marietta closed due to low membership numbers. When the campus voted to extend there was a slight increase in student enrollment and there appeared to be a need for a fourth NPC group. During the last 2 years student enrollment has droped with just over 300 incoming Freshmen last year. The group was originally a local and had some very wonderful women in it but there just wasn't enough of them to support a healthy chapter at this time. We wish then all the best!

This may be repeat information, but The Delta Eta Chapter of Theta Phi Alpha was installed on Feb 13, 2016 at Salem State in Massachusetts.

Now that it's been announced in chapter I can share it: the three presenters for expansion at Clemson are Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi and Pi Beta Phi! Pi Phi will present this Tuesday, AOII next Wednesday and AGD the Monday after that.
