Our headquarters staff is very small, and only one person is not a member of our sorority. I think it's great that we have such dedicated members that they'd work for the organization after graduation. I agree with 33girl though on the crash course. Definitely a good idea.

Bumping because I think I might eventually want to move up and wanted to see if there were any more NOs here (I understand if you don't want to share publicly).

I'm not clear on what you consider a National Officer. We have regional volunteers on a Province/Area level, directors (of committees), committee members, International Officers (the high elected officials for the whole organization) and headquarters staff (who are paid). I've been serving on either the Province or Area level since 1993. Feel free to PM me!

I was thinking people who sit on your Exec. Councils or paid HQ staff who work for XYZ full-time.

I am currently in a national position (doing some work for our publications) but I just wanted to see if anyone here was an EC member/paid staffer.
I am nowhere NEAR qualified for that yet, but it's something I might eventually want.
