I cooked my Pre-Thanksgiving dinner today because I am traveling to Florida on Thanksgiving. A huge turkey breast, stuffing, glazed whole carrots, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, fresh cranberries and crescent rolls. Food for days.

Just realized it is so cheap and easy to make a quesadilla at home! Black beans, cheese, salsa. Done!

I've been nursing the flu, and my husband make homemade chicken noodle soup and baked a loaf of bread. He's a keeper!
