Chico State Or Sac State

I AM TRANSFERRING TO EITHER CHICO OR SAC FOR SPRING 06 I WILL BE A JUNIOR. I WANT TO JOIN A FRAT, DO THEY ACCEPT PEOPLE DURING THE SPRING. AND WHAT ARE SOME COOL ONES AT THOSE SCHOOLS. DOES ANYBODY GO TO THOSE SCHOOLS?

I'm an alum from Chico State. They have traditional frats (IFC), 2 latino frats & 1 multicultural frat. Recruitment was not allowed this fall due to Greek life issues, but hopefully they will be allowed in the Spring.
