What? You know what? I'm not even your brother and I cringe when I see you post.

They broke the law and got arrested. They knew the consequences, were prepared for it, and expected it.

He was read his rights. If he is charged with something, he will be informed within the legal limit of time.

then I ask you this- in the article what law was he violating by simply biking down the street and using chalk?
What law was serious enough to impound his bicycle?
Classic example of over-reaction by dipshit police.

1) I wasn't there. I don't know what law he violated.

2) If he violated a law he will be charged in the window of time allowed by the law.

3) Don't ask me stupid questions again.

This bike-chalker guy seems to be a @ss-wad just like the rest of the tree hugging hippie freaks that are clogging the streets of NYC this week.

Good for him getting arrested, another acid tripping protestor is off the streets.

I have no issue with protesting. It's when we have issues like destruction of public and private property and causing unreasonable inconveniences for people in their daily lives that I start to have a problem with it.

The contraption this fella had on his bike was interesting, but now, it'll sit on a shelf at the police station with a sticker on it saying "State's exhibit A".
