Hi Kevin:

Beta Theta Pi has suspended its chapter at Ohio University (Athens). Serving alcohol while on probation is cited as a reason, though the article includes quotes that suggest a history of problems / violations, at least from Bwta HQ's point of view.

Apparently the chapter house will be closed and those who lived there will have to get housing elsewhere. See

I thought they had closed. My neighbor is an OU Beta Alum and he told me that they closed about 1 year ago.
