As one matures in life=Me, I try to go easy cooking!

So today, salsa and chips with refried beans and sharp grated cheese over them!

So may not be the best, it is filling and tasty!

Every Tuesday, we usually have Popeye's Chicken - I can't make it that cheaply! DH is off to another tournament, though, so I'm having PB&J. On white bread. Maybe with a glass of milk.

Just too cliche.
