Girl, you haven't lived! My one roomie's mother gave us two cases of tuna to get through the summer. I know ways to cook tuna that would curl your hair!

More cooking courtesy of Gypsyboots - lemon chicken with lemon-infused olives, and shallots - cooked in olive oil and served with saffron rice.

(Tired of chicken, though - fish tomorrow!)

Potato wedges! I have been making them pretty often lately. I just cut up a potato and put some olive oil and spices on the chunks then throw it in the oven. I don't think it's that unhealthy...is it?
