Getting my game face on, LOL!

Potatoes are boiled, letting them cool in the Fridge. Then I mash up,, but not all the way. Leave a few small chunks then add spices. First mayo, yellow mustard, and sweet pickle relish. Going to try something new. Some horse radish, oregano, onion flakes and garlic powder. BTW, I leave skins on, better for you!

Then get on splitting bags of ham and turkey into other zip lock baggies to freeze for later menus!

So, Bon appetite Ya'all!

Kind of a sloppy day outdoors, so I opted for a hot dog with fries from the indoor hot dog place a mile from my home.

Smells like chicken, but no one will let us near the oven until dinner is served...

Tater salad mellowed and not bad! But, think I will go back to original.

Like many in Country, is SUPER COLD, BRR!

Doing Pot Pie-Beef, with dinner rolls. Apple ala mode for dessert.

We were going to go to our favorite Mexican restaurant for "Half-off Margarita Wednesday" but we're getting so much snow I think we'll stay put.

So, it's meat (turkey) loaf, mashed potatoes, carrots and broccoli.

So, what did everyone have for their New Year's Day dinner? I had planned on ham, Hoppin' John, greens, and cornbread, but Northern Boy wanted fish instead. Oh, well, we still had the Hoppin' John and cornbread, and I had my greens.

I ate crow, because Michigan lost in the Outback Bowl. I don't remember what real food I ate!
