Kean University Student Shot At Fraternity Party
Kean University Student Shot At Fraternity Party Police said a short time after being kicked out of the frat party, the non-student came back and began opening fire at random. The victim is expected to recover. CBS 2's Lou Young reports. http://newyork.cbslocal.com/video/10...ternity-party/

This is making news in NJ. The attached link is more detail news. Apparently, it was a local fraternity called Sigma Theta Chi and it was an unregistered party and an unofficial house.....
