“Phi Kappa Psi fraternity at Washington and Lee University was suspended Wednesday for three years after a reported incident of hazing.

A fraternity member used a Taser on a new member and intimidated others with it on March 5 . . . .”

This is disgusting, dangerous ... words fail me.
