I'm getting ready for a long day at work today. I'm excited though, because a vet tech to be is going to be shadowing me all day.

I started Yoga this morning but my heart just wasn't in it - I think it's because my body is so sore.

I hope this interview goes well though.

lol lol my God your posts are hilarious!

I wouldn't eat fast food at all, but since you do, it's o.k. to eat it once in a while. I mean, it isn't what you do now and then that counts, it's what you do day in and day out. Once you make it a practice not to eat it as much, your body will adapt to eating well, and eventually you'll find that you won't even have cravings for fast food anymore.

I know it's like almost noon and not "early morning". I just wanted to respond to your post. Your post made my day though.

btw: If you don't mind, can I use your post as my siggy for a few days? Hilarious.

I'm getting better on the eating thing.

It should only be 5 A.M. now, and i've decided it's okay if the sun is up for this thread. Early morning ends at 7ish, I guess. So I've got another hour before mid-morning.

I'm up because I forgot to turn off my alarm. I always keep my alarm set to wake me up a few hours before work. Well, I have to cook breakfast, sit down and drink a cup of coffee, shower, get dressed, and of course beat the traffic. That all takes time. I always have my alarm set to the smooth jazz station, and there's nothing like getting up to it in the morning, especially when I took the day off like today to add to the long holiday weekend.
