Did they announce what fraternity will be expanding this fall as well?

Probably. Going back to the 2013/2014 expansion thread, both Alpha Sigma Alpha and Sigma Sigma Sigma presented. At that time it was announced that Tri Sigma would be colonizing. My best guess is that FHSU kept in contact with Alpha Sig and had an agreement to colonize at a later date if numbers justified a new group.

Alpha Sigma Phi, Alpha Tau Omega, and Delta Sigma Phi all presented to Chapman University(CA) recently. Chapman is looking to add another fraternity for 2017/2018.

Per Alpha Sigma Alpha's website site: Alpha Sigma Alpha will establish an emerging chapter at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ in the fall 2017 semester.
https://www.alphasigmaalpha.org/news...ed-in-arizona/
I've never heard the term emerging chapter used. Is this some new terminology that's being pushed out?

A number of groups are moving away from the word "colony" - different descriptors: establishment, provisional chapter are two that I've seen.

Ahh this makes sense, I guess its a part of the ever changing terminology. I hadn't heard of emerging chapter before this so I wasn't sure if maybe it was something specific to the University of Arizona.

Lots of announcements today!
Phi Sigma Sigma will be colonizing at James Madison University(VA) this coming fall. Congratulations! This is confirmation of a stacked expansion from '13/'14.
