Y'all I made the best Indian dish tonight.

Coconut chicken curry stew. Yum!

I found it on the website called "Chelsea's Messy Apron". It is called "Chicken Curry Soup", but it is so thick it is really more a stew. Let me know if you aren't able to find it and I will type it out here.

I'm so glad that you like the vegetable korma recipe. It's a favorite of ours too.

That sounds lovely!

We went rather plain - pan fried chicken strips with mashed potatoes & green beans.

Has anyone tried any of the "melting potato" recipes? They sound delicious!

Fussy Guy thinks that, once he tells me what he wants to eat, I should make it immediately! These take almost an hour to cook, so I need to know if they're worth it! They do look good...

Let's get this party (re) started!

We had game day chili. Delish!
Sadly, all my favorites lost and I went to bed early.

Got back from our cabin in the mountains last night, so was totally unproductive today. Panerra Fuji Apple Chicken Salad for me, and Chipotle Chicken and Avocado sandwiches for the boys.

And Honey, that Melting Potatoes recipe sounds amazing. Have you made them yet?

Tonight I will enjoy leftovers of a turkey crepe that includes gravy, apple salad and cranberries.

During the entire month of November, a local restaurant prepared their annual turkey crepe specialty. They even went as far as making new batches of turkey fixins on days when they initially sold out of that product. They use REAL TURKEY, not deli slices or ground turkey. It's costly but SOOOO GOOOOD.

This year they had enough product to make the crepe into a few days of December, thus this December 3rd posting.
