New Carnation Recruitment Thread!

Once there was a boy from a heavily Greek family, the youngest of 13 children, and he said he probably wasn't going to rush because cheerleading and classes took up most of his time.

Formal rush came and went and he didn't participate. His local friend came up and asked him to pledge his fraternity and he did.

The End.

Well, THAT was short and sweet!! We know the boys are different and we get no fluff. Do we at least get to know the Fraternity?

FTW, Carnation. That beats my son's "shortest recruitment story ever," by a mile! LOL

Yeah, he called and said, "I just pledged."

He is a TAU KAPPA EPSILON!

I told him I will not teach him any of the obscene Teke cheers that my cheer partner taught us.

So we don't even get a catchy nickname, ala BlazerCheer or BabyBerry?

Congratulations to Youngest Son!!

Please forgive my ask, but is this your only son? We have so many Carnation Nation stories here on GreekChat it's hard to keep track!

I have 4 sons. One is a Sig Ep alum (I think I posted his name here as Tall Son) and the other 2 were offered bids by their brothers' fraternities but weren't interested.

Honeychile, maybe we could combine both names and he could be BabyCheer? It would be appropriate.
