Uh, no, maybe not.

Anyway, Pet Rocks were this amazing marketing gimmick back in about 1975 or so.

You could buy a little rock in a nice little cardboard box with airholes in it and some of that shredded paper like hey wrap small fragile things in that kind of looks like a loosly organized bird's nest.

They sold millions of them. People gave them as gifts and all sorts of other stuff.

It proves the old adage about suckers being born every minute.

But they were fun in a totally useless way.

We brought pet rocks back for a while in 5th grade. Until the school banned having pet rocks on or in your desk. You would think the school admin would have something better to do then ban rocks.
