You know, nothing tastes the same as it used to...
We are having turkey pot pie and rice.

Seared Lemon Pepper Shrimp, done the same way that I grilled it. So easy, minimal ingredients, 5 minute prep and it's delicious.

Bison burgers. A lot healthier than beef.

The taste and texture is very similar. Once you season it, most people can't tell the difference.

Yesterday I took out a 2nd mortgage in order to purchase a roast (lol!).
Seriously though, we had roast with baby carrots and mashed potatoes. And we're having it again tonight. And it is good!

Sounds wonderful, FSUZeta!
We had pan fried chicken strips and beans over pasta.

You are not kidding about the prices. But, it is one of DH's favorites so we have it frequently.

Just curious... Does anyone have an Election Day tradition? We always had our "Election Day Doughnut", but since my family was so politically active, dinner was always catch as one can. I think a tradition would be fun!
