We currently live in Florida. I wish we lived closer because I am a nurse and a good listener. We can also send care packages!

Are you at home now? it maybe a bit trickier to get HH but you would definitely qualify after a hospital stay.

Well, my meal doesn't rhyme-goals!

Stuffed sweet potato with taco ground turkey meat, black beans and salsa. Sounds like a weird combo, but is really good.

BBQ chicken (with frozen chicken breasts from the freezer, cooking in the crockpot)
Mashed potatoes
Broccoli

Incidentally, cooking in the age of coronavirus is teaching me to be a lot more particular about managing with as little food waste as possible.

Your post reminded me of the chicken I needed to freeze or cook.
So...grilled chicken, rice pilaf, and spinach.

I made a pan of lasagna that can probably feed me for more than a week. Some of it will go in the freezer.

I made lasagne last night, and it's already gone. Too many people sheltering in place in my house!

Tonight, tilapia, green beans, and rice.

I freeze a lot of single servings so I have them in a pinch. It really helped when I was off for surgery.
