Bet that smells wonderful, too. I miss living in a large apartment complex where the smell of cooking Indian food permeated the halls of nearly every floor.

Our Thai neighbor is doing her periodic pop-up "Thai Take-Out" tonight...she posts on the neighborhood FB page and you put in your order. Tonight we're having Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Satay, and Shrimp Pad See Ew. Yum!

I know already that we'll be in the same boat with leftovers, Tom!

Did Santa Fe salad, but took out most of the green stuff, added rest over it and mackerel out of bowl with buttery rounds.

nooooooo Tom. The green stuff is your friend!

Tonight? Greek meatballs (half ground turkey breast and half ground round with multi spices), tzatsiki, and yellow squash.
