Sigma Chi is currently in what was the Sigma Kappa house, which also was a lovely house. It is in sorry shape now-I would imagine that it would take extensive remodeling to get it back up to snuff.

I was a collegiate when the AOPi's were next door. Sweet girls and the house was actually very nice at one point.
It sat empty for a while and the SigEps bought it in the early 80's, maybe? Became completely trashed.

Nice to hear that Alpha Phi will be our neighbor.
