I made gluten free tomato soup. Most tomato soups have gluten and the GF ones usually are sweet (blech), so I have been quite sad about not being able to enjoy tomato soup, which is one of my simple pleasures. I love this recipe. It is so good! All is right with the world.

you know, Sister, when food products are listed as """"free anything, the first added ingredient is sugar. At least, in my experience in trying to lower fat in my diet. Trying to watch my "delicate" gall bladder!
I have lost 10 pounds effortlessly by cutting out as much fat as possible.

A take-out turkey crepe. My favorite restaurant is STILL in business, and this is the ONE time of year they feature this delicious, satisfying item

Made Beef Burgundy for a newly expanded family from church. I was planning to take Beef Bourguignon, but fell back to the Beef Burgundy. Anyhow, since I made a bit for myself, I can honestly say it was delicious! I also took mashed potatoes, some baguettes, and brownies for dessert. I feel awesome.

Thank you, Ladies! It felt so good to really cook again. DH is so terribly fussy (no sauces, no casseroles, no beef, etc, etc etc) that I had all but given up!
